MOTORBIKE
RIDING (35km
max. speed)
Note:
The safety
of our guests is important to us. The speed
limit of 35km per hr ensures guests are travelling
at a speed that is safe for the farm
terrain. The minimum age for
motorbike riding is 12yrs old - there are
bicycles available for use anytime.
You
have the freedom to discover the beauty of the
bush while you ride along the marked tracks.
The bikes are available after lunch or instead
of horse riding. Guests use the bikes to
gather the horses from the 100 acre paddocks.

Motorbike
lessons are offered daily and a farm tour is
offered during each farm stay. The farm tour
is guided in the 4WD tray-back or following on
the motorbikes. The farm tour offers the
opportunity to discus farming issues and a
family member will share knowledge about the
farm and nature. Enjoy the scenic views of the
farm in a style that is both educational and
relaxed

from guest diary...
Rachel
was so excited she just didn't know what to do first.
In the end, the decision was made for us as we were
taken for our motorcycle lesson. After an hour or so
we were finished and it meant that we could ride
together around the farm track.
After a
very tasty (and large) lunch we had a short swim
before Rachel and me followed the farm owner on our
motorbikes on a hunt for scorpions. This was a
challenging ride over very rough and red soil, but we
did find some scorpions so it was worth it. After this
we headed off again on the bikes to see the sunset
over the outback. Fantastic - we even got to see the 'roos
bouncing across the horizon. The ride back was
followed by more eating and a very early night, as we
were all exhausted."
