DIETRY REQUIRMENTS – no special treatment given.
We enjoy a lot of vegetables and fruits, salads and
vegetables. Please bring your own vege-burgers
etc as we only make lentil and chickpea dishes
occasionally. Some vegetarians say they eat,
fish, others only eat chicken, some eat none of these;
periodically we have had vegans stay.
We have a few people stay with this dietary request
but we have found that each individual is different
with their needs. Some won’t even eat
ice-cream, mayonnaise, gravy or tomato sauce; so it
depends on how strict you are on the gluten free diet.
I recommend you bring her own bread any snacks that
you may want. If you are really strict you
should bring your own margarine in case a knife has
touched bread before going into the margarine
container. We have rice bubbles and offer a lot
of fruit, salads, vegetables and beef on offer.
We use milk from our own cows.
Please supply your own special milk.
